Applies
to each individual sales receipt of $200 or more
made between now and June 30, 2001 with your consumer
Wal-Mart Credit Card. No finance charges will
be assessed on your promotional purchase until
the expiration or termination of the promotion.
Minimum payments are required. Standard account
terms apply to non-promotional purchases, and
after promotion ends, to your promotional purchase.

agreement to determine which of the following
applies to your account: (A) The APR may vary
and is assigned to each account when opened. As
of 3/01, the APR is 12.74%, 16.74% or 20.74%.
A variable delinquency APR may apply if minimum
payment is not made when due twice in any six
consecutive billing periods. As of 3/01 the delinquency
APR was 25.74% (26% in PR). Once the delinquency
rate is in effect, a variable APR of 20.74% will
apply if minimum payment is made on time for six
consecutive months. Minimum finance charge is
$1.00 (none in PR); or (B) The APR is a fixed
